Let's Get Started....

 

I was always the type of person to set a goal and the moment I messed up or strayed from that goal, I quit.  Or started eating right on Monday and if I messed up then I had to wait until the next Monday to start again.  I was always one to stop myself before I even got fully started. I usually built my goals around other people or other circumstances so that if it did fail then I had someone or something to blame it on.

In 2023 I am making the goal to better MYSELF.  I am going to take care of MYSELF; this is not in a selfish, ignore everything else or burn bridges way.  I am going to focus on working on myself physically, spiritually, emotionally/mentally and socially.  What is my end goal- happiness.  I want to be not just content but actually happy with myself and my progress.  I am going to set smaller S.M.A.R.T. Goals that I can continue to work on, complete and set throughout the year. 

I am going to share my successes, struggles, trials and progress on this blog to give me accountability (even though I do not really plan on sharing this with anyone).  Yes, it is the end of February and I am just now starting this (even though I have been wanting to since the New Year) but I am just going to take this as a first step.
